Cash/Payment Plans:

For a variety of reasons, some of our patients choose a cash rate option instead of using insurance coverage for chiropractic care. Because we want everyone to be able to get the care they need, payment plan options are available to those who wish to invest in their health long-term.

Paperwork

All new patients are required to complete health forms prior to their first appointment. Doing so allows Dr. Williams time to review the information prior to the first appointment—a necessary step to the personalized care approach.
